How To Subscribe manually

Start a new message in your email program.

Address it to: majordomo@licweb.com

Subject can be anything or blank.

In the message body type the following: subscribe lic_art_forum ( your email address )
( Do not include the parentheses)

Add at least one blank line afterwards.

Send the message. Confirmation will arrive.
