Community Services & Public Safety Committee (CSPS) Meeting is a smaller part of Community Board 2 that focuses on a variety of issues. The proposal for alternate side parking / street cleaning is among them. The Committee chair has invited community members with an interest in this issue to attend and possibly speak within the parameters of the normal meeting protocol as explained below: While every Committee meeting is open to the public to attend it is not specifically a public hearing nor does it  have a period for public presentation . Generally the rule is Committee members speak but guests or the public only speak if during the meeting they are recognized by the Chair. The Committee is genuinely interested in Community input but also has a usually large agenda of timely items they must complete by the end of the meeting. You are therefore urged to attend but please come with the understanding of the above paragraph.
