1) To some extent.
2) I think it is a fantasy, because I don't think the money is there. They have come and wrecked the neighborhood by taking down the bridge. I don't think there is the money or the resources to continue with the project. I think eventually, a modified plan of lower density housing would be a very nice plan.
3) I think it is wonderful. The Alternate Plan would work. It is a beautiful riverside site and I think that it would be wonderful to develop it in an organic way, without wrecking the neighborhood.
4) Parks and walkways.
