This is a wonderful neighborhood and my main concern is whatıs going to happen when they build those skyscrapers on the East River? Whatıs going to change? It could be a disaster for this place. I enjoy living here very much. I have reasonable rent, itıs very close to Manhattan, very little crime, and nice people. Not much shopping-I donıt like that-but on a whole it is a wonderful place to live. My major concern is how the neighborhood is going to be changed when they build those skyscrapers.
