Hi I am a 35 yr old single professional female currently subletting through friends on 47th ave. I have been visiting LIC for ten years and it feels like home. My sublet is over in June and I want to stay in the neighborhood. I have friends here and I love the commute, my father was even baptised here. Anyway if you know of a nice clean and reasonable place please let me know.
