Werwaiss Realty owns and manages a number of buildings in LIC. They are completely renovating the 60K s.f. Lion Match office building, just off Queens Plaza, with new elevators, mechanicals, windows, and lobby. It has onsite parking and its tenants will be eligible for ICIP benefits.
