Hi,

I am looking to rent a studio or 1br in LIC on or after Aug 1. My range is around $1,000/mo and require the building to be within reasonable walking distance of the 7 Vernon-Jackson stop. Single, non-smoker, no pets, 2+ yrs at large firm. Can provide employment and references. NO BROKERS PLEASE. Please let me know if you have something or if you have any suggestions of how I might find an apartment in this area.
