LIC Art Forum - Purpose

Here is the basic info on the LIC Art Forum mailing list!

The purpose of the Long Island City Art Forum list is for discussion of public local arts projects and concerns among Long Island City area artists.

The list was founded as a result of meetings initiated by:
the Long Island City Business Development Corporation
and the Queens Council on the Arts.

It was suggested that we establish a ListServ and voila!

The LIC_Art_Forum holds ongoing monthly meetings and its particular focus this year is on the upcoming Art Frenzy in the Spring. (More Info Soon).
The Mail List is open to Long Island City community artists, musicians, performers, writers, etc.
